Superconsciousness is a concept, the development of superconsciousness

Superconsciousness is emotional activitythe human psyche, which is activated to solve complex life and creative tasks; along with the subconscious is an unconscious process of the psyche. Superconsciousness manifests itself in creative aspects, in the form of constructing fundamentally new philosophical forms, worldviews, the functioning of the higher manifestation of such conscious spheres as social, value, and cognitive. This is all that humanity can achieve evolutionarily, intuition, parapsychological abilities, insights.
Of the three aspects of the human psyche (the subconscious, the conscious, the superconscious), the activity of the superconscious is directed at creative manifestations, designs, hypotheses, intuition.
Superconsciousness is a concept in psychology, notwhich can be fully studied, since we can immediately see the final result of its activity, bypassing the ways of achieving and ways of obtaining the idea. The activity of the superconscious is of an emotionally imaginative nature and is aimed at satisfying and resolving the primary dominant practical emotional needs and tasks.

The concept of superconsciousness

The device of the human psyche consists of several levels of functioning, which are divided into the conscious, the subconscious and the superconscious.
In the unconscious part of mental processes there are two groups into which they can be divided, which have fundamentally different functions and a system of activity. The first group is
, which contains in itself something that previously belonged to conscious processes (skills that were automated) or can become conscious (
) under certain conditions. For example, with psychotherapeutic work, one can find subconscious sources of motivation for one or another activity, its benefits; or vice versa, the reasons for avoidance,
, illogical behaviors, life situations that have been ousted from
protective mechanisms of the psyche.
Here, in the subconscious, includes
social norms that acquire a certainimperativeness (they are perceived by man as conscience or sense of duty); intuition based on accumulation of experience. For example, a doctor who can diagnose, even without starting an examination, or a law enforcement officer who calculates an intruder in a crowd - they are based on intuition, which has as its foundation a great life experience.
Evolutionarily, the subconscious has arisen in connectionthe emerging need to protect consciousness from the increasing psychological overload, optimize the work of the whole organism, is also used to store information about the psychotraumatic experiences received, which at the time of the past could not be recycled
. Information embedded in the subconscious is quite conservative, reflexive, subject to external influences and it takes a lot of effort to change or correct it.
The activity of the superconscious is not subject to influenceno external conditions, and does not reach the level of awareness under any conditions or their changes. We can observe only the final results of this unconscious activity.
Superconsciousness manifests itself in creative conjectures and hypotheses,
, which at a certain necessary momentthe mind provides consciousness in its final form. Accordingly, the unconsciousness of these processes is explained by the defense of the processes of intuition from premature criticism of consciousness, which would stop any of the ideas beyond the dogma. The functions of superconsciousness recombine the elements of experience and information stored in memory, presenting to the sphere of consciousness those that are applicable to reality. This is the main difference between the ideas of the superconsciousness from dreams (which also arise from the recombination of experience and information obtained) or the "ingenious" ideas of the mentally ill (which are rather unusual but have no practical application in the existing reality).

Superconsciousness is very thin in psychologythe registrar of the emerging minor social, situational, personal changes. His activities are aimed at preventing, and ideas for changing or introducing new adjustments are given to the mind in advance. It is because consciousness does not register changes - these ideas seem at least strange.
Superconsciousness is directly involved insatisfaction of the need, which is most stable among the other motives of the individual. The dominant need directs and corrects the superconscious in the direction of its most favorable realization, a way out of the situation, using the mechanisms of creative adaptation. The formation of a dominant can cause certain difficulties, when there are several, equally important priorities. Well, if one of the dominants has a practical advantage, then it has an advantage. Material for new combinations, the superconsciousness derives from conscious experience and subconscious materials, as well as from the construction of completely new associations not previously used, but satisfying the leading need.
Perhaps, the most effective means for developmentand the training of the superconscious is a children's game that has an end in itself and self-worth, aimed at solving creative problems, motivated only by the need for cognition. In creative activity there are four components: the experience of the subject and previous generations, the superconsciousness and intuition, the consciousness testing the emerging ideas, and the process of fixing the result in memory.
Has superconscious positive functions(the creation of new hypotheses, ideas that serve as an impetus to the emergence of previously not existing) and negative (the negation and retirement of obsolete and irrelevant). Both these directions are evolutionarily significant for mankind and the development of personality.

Development of superconsciousness

The uniqueness of the nature of the superconscious pushes towardsthoughts that only talented or brilliant personalities are inclined to use it, it should be noted that superconsciousness is present in all people, and its functioning is not related to the degree
talent or the amount of knowledge gained. The activity and manifestation of the superconsciousness is not an unchanging and static constant, it can be actualized or have a multi-vector nature, superconsciousness can be developed if one understands the functions performed by it.
The functions of superconsciousness are reduced to two basicdirections, such as self-knowledge of the individual and adjusting the direction of its activities. Performed functions: reinterpretation of existing experience, search for relationships between the existing external world and internal self-determination of the person, reassessment of the old experience and the formation of new concepts, correction of activities and the implementation of new forms of existence, self-renewal, self-change.
The best tool for trainingsuperconsciousness is considered a child's game, which has no practical or social goals for its achievement, the game process is an end in itself, which maximally satisfies the need for development, knowledge and solving creative tasks. It is the desire for cognition for the sake of cognition, with active and dominant interest, that children owe their unique ability to invent new worlds and realities, to fantasize and practically live in these worlds and new concepts, immersing themselves so much that they border on
As you grow older, gaming motivation is replacedmore important vital things, but the mechanism remains the same. Often an example is given of military pilots who showed the best results in a state of gambling with the enemy (but not aggression or fear), which is one of the kinds of disinterested play.
Facilitates the work of the superconsciousness of the lack of information, when there is no possibility to rely on the received data, but there is an important need to generate a new one.
If we sum up, then to improve the functioning of the superconscious, one dominant need is needed, which will have practical emotional significance for
, a high level of cognitive activity, calm, passionate or passionate emotional state, a decrease in the level of critical perception of the world, as well as prejudiced attitudes toward emerging ideas.
